Menus at the Wild Goose Cafe

 

The Wild Goose offers a number of different menu options.

Our delicious a-la-carte menu is available Tuesday to Sunday from 08h30 to 18h00.

Buffet Menus:

A variety of Function menus are available for groups of 20 or more people, most of which are served as buffets although some are referred to as braais due to the method of preparation. A limited range of plated ‘set menus’  are available for groups of up to 50 people.

Function menus are available at a time of your choosing.

Cocktail Menus:

Cocktail menus are available at restricted times so as not to clash with meal times. These menus are designed to provide guests with a catering option either as an introduction to a meal or as a stand alone snack where the host wishes to impress clients.

Cocktail menus are traditional served ‘floating’ with waiters circulating amongst guests serving the canapés on platters.

Please note that canapés are relatively expensive due to the amount of work involved in preparation and MAY NOT be served as a substitute for a meal as your guests will not be satisfied with the quantity of food provided.

Finger Food Menus:

Several Finger Food menus are available, these also MAY NOT be served near meal times (not available between 11h00 and 15h00 or between 17h00 and 20h00 for evening functions)

All function menus must be pre-arranged and pre-paid – please refer to our function menu pages for details on what is included in the various menus.

Speciality menus: including our scrumptious High Tea and Picnic menus are also available on request.
