served with a garlic butter, Garnished with lemon wedges

Savoury mince or chicken or seasonal vegetables perfectly seasoned and grilled and placed between layers of lasagna, creamy béchamel sauce and a tomato and herb sauce

au gratin with a mixture of mozzarella and cheddar cheese

Coq au Vin

Chicken marinated in wine, slowly simmered until tender, seasoned in bouquet garni

and served with a red wine sauce

Beef Stroganoff

Tender strips of succulent farm fresh beef marinated and cooked in a delicious

red wine and mushroom cream sauce.

Chicken a la king

A creamy dish of tender chicken fillets cooked in a delicious sauce

made with white wine and mushrooms

The buffet will also serve rice, roasted potatoes and seasonal roasted vegetables
