Garden Weddings – Hollywood Style:

The advantages of having a Garden wedding at Blandford Manor include:

•  Immaculate and beautiful Botanic Gardens where your all-important wedding photos will come to life.
• Everything you need for a perfect wedding is provided, including:
  • Banqueting tables sumptuously attired in crisp white table linen, set with quality cutlery, crockery and glassware.
  • Linen serviettes all professionally folded
  • Comfortable garden chairs
  • Seat covers
  • Table layout stand to guide your guests to their seats
  • Welcome signage
  • Draped Gazebo with red carpet and registry table
  • Podium (on request)
  • Access to the venue for set up full day from 08h00 – no extra charge
  • Top class experienced staff to take care of you, including:
    • Executive Chef and full kitchen complement
    • Head waiter
    • Experienced barmen with the know-how to prepare cocktails, shooters and genuine Italian Cappuccino
    • Top class waiters in attendance
  • Tables for gifts and your wedding cake
  • Plant a tree (optional), this will take pride of place in our Botanic garden as a permanent reminder of your happy day.
  • When your wedding is over, any guests remaining are welcome to adjourn to our glorious Old English pub where they can relax and listen to music.
  • Situated close to town on tarred roads so that your guests won’t have far to travel
  • Secure parking with guards in attendance and cctv coverage – FREE

Weddings utilising our indoor venue for the reception:

For all indoor receptions, you enjoy all the benefits outlined above, plus you have exclusive the use of our glorious banqueting hall with maroon padded chairs for all your guests.

Costs are as follows for the options indicated below:

• Venue hire as indicated below
• Menu of your choice – see menu pages for more detail on available options
• Waiters and Barmen (standard package only)
• Function co-ordinator included

Standard Package (venue hire R10 000):

Includes everything mentioned above but you do not enjoy exclusive use of the entire venue – the restaurant will be in operation and restaurant patrons will share common facilities such as the bar and deck with your guests – only the function room and Gazebo (for your ceremony) will be off-limits to restaurant patrons.

De Luxe package (venue hire R25 000) provides everything mentioned above PLUS, at no extra charge:

• Complete privacy with exclusive use of the Wedding venue plus restaurant and bar area for the full 7 hours.
• No charge for waiters and barmen
• Jugs of lemon and mint Iced water as required
• Welcoming (after ceremony drink) for your guests – Sherry in winter or Iced tea in Summer.

Possible additional Charges

• Additional or different colour Linen
• At Blandford Manor we only allow for one wedding per day, the price we quote grants you access to the venue for the full day from 08h00 and allows for services for 7 hours from the time your ceremony is scheduled to commence, additional charges apply for any extra time except when using the bar area.
