The Wild Goose Cafe is located at Blandford Manor, a traditional Old English estate and Manor House established along the banks of the Olienhoutpoort river in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg.<\/p>\n

Conveniently situated on the doorstep of both Randburg and Sandton, <\/em>The Wild Goose is the perfect destination when you are looking for a peaceful relaxing break with friends and family. The restaurant offers a traditional ‘home cooked’ menu that wont leave you scratching your head to know what you are ordering.<\/p>\n

Food is freshly prepared in our kitchens by a team of eight highly trained chefs using only the very best ingredients.<\/p>\n

You can choose to sit outdoors, on the lawns . . .<\/p>\n

In the shade of our weeping willow trees<\/p>\n

or on the deck overlooking the botanic gardens.<\/p>\n

The Cafe, either upstairs or downstairs, and our large restaurant are also available if you would like to sit indoors. Both rooms have large roaring open hearth fires for those cold and blustery days.<\/p>\n

Open Tuesday to Sunday and on public holidays from 08.30 to 18h00, you are always assured of a first rate meal and welcoming surrounds.<\/p>\n

Our bakery provide a selection of wonderful home made cakes, scones and muffins ideal for a relaxed gathering in the gardens.<\/p>\n
