Our Wine List

 

Notes on our Wines:

We maintain a wine cellar stocked at any one time with approximately 700 bottles of wine.

Our cellar is darkened to protect the quality of wines and temperature is maintained at approximately 18 degrees Centigrade.

A few bottles of our most popular wines are held in fridges, white wine at 7 Deg C and red at 13 Deg C ready for use.

To be sure that you will enjoy your wine to its fullest, we recommend that you order your wine as soon as you arrive so that it can be cooled to the correct temperature (White wine will be cooled in an ice bucket).

We suggest that red wines be given at least 20 minutes to breathe before consumption.
